To secure your special time with us, a credit card number or check is needed when scheduling.

Schedule Changes

All appointments are secured with a credit card payment in advance. Should your plans change, we kindly request a 48-hour notice so we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need. Your Surgical Journey

To prepare for your surgical procedure, payment arrangements are completed three weeks prior to your special day. We offer multiple convenient payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Money-wallets, Instapay, cashier's checks, and cash. For patients seeking financial flexibility, we've partnered with CareCredit. Personal checks are warmly accepted when mailed 10 days in advance. Our patient counselor is always available to discuss any aspects of the professional fees with you.

Additional Service Fees

While our team provides estimates for operating room and anesthesia services, these are managed separately by the respective providers. We'll guide you through understanding these arrangements, which will be directly between you and the provider/hospital.

Non-Surgical Treatments

For your convenience, payment for injectables and other non-surgical services is collected on the day of your visit before your appointment. We'll always inform you in advance if a service requires a deposit, ensuring there are no surprises along your journey with us.

Insurance Guidance

While we don't have direct relationships with insurance companies, we're happy to support your insurance process. Understanding your coverage is an important part of your healthcare journey. As a courtesy when you book your procedure and secure your date with a deposit, our friendly staff will provide the information you need for your insurance submission. The relationship and all communications will be directly between you and your carrier, with any payments sent directly to you.
