Lower & Upper Blepharoplasty — Heavy upper lids and under-eye bags — both lids in one session

Before (top), after (bottom). Heavy, hooded upper lids and prominent under-eye bags. Upper and lower blepharoplasty were performed together: the upper lid is opened and the lower-lid fat repositioned to refill the hollow. The eyes look open and rested, with the brows and forehead relaxed.
