Body Contouring for Men

Male fat is denser and more fibrous. The goal is a defined V-line, straight linea alba, visible oblique borders, and a proportional chest-to-waist ratio. The sculpting plan treats your torso as one continuous 360° surface — abdomen, flanks, and back handled together so the transitions stay smooth.

Questions men actually ask

Frequently asked

Is body contouring for men just liposuction with a different label?

No. Male fat is denser and more fibrous than female fat, and the aesthetic goal is different — a defined V-line, straight linea alba, visible oblique borders, and a proportional chest-to-waist ratio. That requires ultrasound-assisted emulsification (VASER) before aspiration, and a sculpting plan that treats the torso as one continuous surface, not a single problem area.

I train regularly but the lower belly and love handles will not go. Am I a candidate?

This is the most common candidate profile. Trapped subcutaneous fat over a trained core is exactly what VASER handles well. If your BMI is under 35, your skin quality is good, and your goal is to reveal muscle you have already built, this is aligned with the procedure.

Will scars show?

VASER cannulas enter through 3 to 4 mm incisions hidden in natural creases (umbilicus, iliac crest border, pubic hairline). By 6 months the entry points are difficult to find in a normal photo.

When can I lift again?

Light cardio at 3 weeks. Compound resistance training at 6 weeks. Full return to heavy lifting once the compression garment is off and the surgeon confirms tissue healing — typically at the 6-week check.
