Nanofat takes a small amount of your own fat and gently emulsifies it into a fine, cell-rich fluid. It is packed with your own regenerative cells and growth factors, and it works at the cellular level to refresh skin quality, soften dark circles and improve fine lines and texture. Because it is your own living tissue — not a synthetic material — the improvement is genuine and long-lasting. What decides whether it works is not the injection; it is how the fat is harvested and how it is purified beforehand.

A fine, blunt cannula at low suction pressure, with gentle passes — so the fat cells stay alive and the tissue under the skin is disturbed as little as possible. Less trauma, less bruising, more living cells.
The harvest is washed to remove blood, oil and the tumescent wetting fluid. What is injected is concentrated, living fat — not fluid. Clean fat is what makes the result reliable.
The living cells in fat are fragile. Rough harvesting — high suction, wide passes — kills them and bruises the tissue, and then the graft simply does not take. So the harvest is done atraumatically: a fine, blunt cannula, low negative pressure, and gentle, controlled passes.
This is the evidence-based way to protect the fat: small cannulas and the lowest workable suction preserve fat-cell (adipocyte) viability and keep the injury under the skin — and the bruising — to a minimum. The goal is to lift the fat out alive, not to vacuum it out fast.
Care under the skin is not a detail here; it is the whole point. Gentle harvesting is what separates a nanofat that regenerates from one that just resorbs.
To harvest fat, the area is first infiltrated with a tumescent wetting fluid, and any liposuction also draws a little blood. If that mixture were injected as-is, you would be putting in mostly fluid — unpredictable, short-lived, more swelling.
So before anything goes back in, the fat is purified: washed and separated to strip out the wetting fluid, the blood and the oil, leaving concentrated, viable, golden fat. Washing is what removes the contaminants while preserving the living regenerative cells — the picture shows exactly that clean, pure fat being prepared.
Injecting pure fat rather than fluid is the difference between a result that lasts and one that disappears. It is worth the extra minutes at the bench, every time.
