Before & After
Lower blepharoplasty is precision surgery of the lower eyelid. With age — or genetics — the fat pads that cushion the eye push forward while the under-eye ligament tethers, creating the “bags” and the shadowed hollow under the eye that no cream or extra sleep can fix, because the cause is anatomical, not fatigue. The modern approach doesn’t just remove fat (which can leave the eye hollow and older-looking) — it repositions it to refill the hollow, often through an incision hidden inside the eyelid with no external scar, and supports the eyelid’s outer corner to protect its natural shape. Operated under magnification, with attention to the fine anatomy that keeps the lid in position.
